Earl Grey cupcakes

Page 103 - Earl Grey Cupcakes
I'm not a massive earl grey fan but these were only subtly flavoured so I thought they were nice... Some people said the earl grey flavour was quite strong but others thought they just tasted like vanilla cupcakes.

Would be interesting to try these with fruit tea instead as the recipe book suggests...

    These ones (Lesley) were lovely. While they didn't taste of Earl Grey to me, they did have a subtle flavour that I couldn't quite put my finger on. They consistency was light and the icing as delicious as ever. All in all, I'd say these were perfect for a hot summer day because they didn't fill you up. Hence eating three!!! One of my favourites ;-)
